Q: How long does it take to get something?
A:Most items are made to order. This varies by the workload. current wait time as of Feb 2022 is 12 months.
Q: are you hiring?
A: not right now, but in general I prefer design school interns or someone interested in learning. Must know how to backcountry ski, ice climbing is a plus too or willing to learn.
In the past I have taught people how to use my machines, then gave them design/build projects. This isn't necessarily a typical "production" or menial skill internship. It's hands on design build softgoods internship. email me, jc@alpineluddites.com, if you want to learn more.
